Forum theater is an alternative form of team activity that allows you to work with your daily challenges in a different and exciting way.
A group of actors will perform a 15-20 minute piece, which consists of a dramatized simulation of one or more situations from your workplace. These situations will build towards one or more key/conflict points that you have decided to work on.
Along the way, you will have the opportunity to contribute your individual interpretation of the scenario. The facilitator/game master will act as a link between the performance and you, the audience, so that the actors can then play out the scenarios you are working towards. This creates a dynamic and interactive experience where you get the chance to see the direct consequences that your ideas can have on the development of the situation.
The session typically lasts from 1.5 hours and can be conducted in front of an audience ranging from 20 to 500 employees.
