Meeting packages

Our meeting packages cover nearly all the costs of holding your meeting or conference at the hotel – apart from how much wine, spirits, beer and soft drink you consume. Everything else is all inclusive.

This means that there are no irritating and unexpected additional costs for items such as internet, fresh fruit, loan of notebook computers, cameras and other similar equipment.

It is extremely difficult to put a price on service, but undoubtedly you will have experienced being in places where service was poor. Doubtless, you will also know, and appreciate, that good service allows you to concentrate on the content of your meeting, rather than on the logistics. Prices 

The package prices apply to meetings for a minimum of six people. Smaller groups pay separately for the room hire and food. The size of the conference room is decided by the number of participants. Should you prefer extra space, this can be arranged according to availability and will be charged as extras.
