AV technology and IT in your conference room

When you arrive, you’ll always be greeted by an AV technician who will help you get started and ensure everything is working in your conference room.

In our rooms, you’ll find the following equipment, which our technicians can help you set up: ceiling-mounted LCD projector, and in some rooms, a 55” flat-screen, screen, whiteboard, flip chart, sound system, and ITV. You’ll also have access to a PC with a printer, the Office suite, and free WiFi (no password required).

You can also arrange for dedicated AV assistance during your meeting:

Weekdays until 6:00 pm: DKK 695 per hour
Weekdays after 6:00 pm and weekends: DKK 895 per hour

Plenty of space for group work

Group work doesn’t have to require extra rooms. At KolleKolle, there’s plenty of space for breaking out into smaller groups without needing to book additional facilities.

If you’d like to vary your meeting program with 15–20 minutes of group work, icebreakers, or reflection breaks, we’ll do our best to make spaces like the foyer, terraces, fireplace lounge, library, and the surrounding nature available for your meeting or conference.
