Learning and competence development through experiences and games.
We have through several years, cooperated with the teambuilding firm FG Consult, which has a lot of focus on matching of expectations with our customers. Since teambuilding is interpreted in several ways, FG Consult is dividing their activities into two categories.
Experiences and relations.
This category deals with activities and events where common and unique experiences plus the relations between the participants in the group are in focus.
Learning and Development.
This category deals with teambuilding and teamtraining with focus on a course containing learning-and developing elements for the team. In this category we work with the communication and the cooperation in the group too. Here we e.g. use the the 5 `R´’s of Belbin.
Our concepts are organized in a way that makes it possible to adjust into both categories. If requested”time breaks”, half or whole day events can be arrenged. Try fx our event or elements of ”Special Force soldier for a day” where you receive custom-made challenges by land, sea and air.
