Chocolate creme brulee with raspberry sorbet and dried raspberries

Tuesday
Grilled salmon on fennel beurre blanc with chervil
Salted pork tenderloin with asparagus, cabbage and lemon-thyme sauce
Buttermilk ice cream with fresh strawberries, caramel and orange-Grand Marnier sauce

Wednesday
Gurnard on compote of tomatoes and shallots served with crispy chips
Beef sirloin, green salad with wild garlic and pine nuts and herb butter
Rhubarb Mazarin with elderflower sorbet and preserved rhubarb
